Here are some tips in preparation for your photo session

✨ Outfits
It always looks lovely when everyone’s outfits are colour-coordinated.
White is a classic and never fails.
Other popular options include blues, creams, and beiges.
Think coastal. Soft, natural tones that complement the beach vibe.

✨ Bribery (Yes, really!)
Kids often lose interest quickly, so bringing a little treat or reward can work wonders.
And don’t forget your partner. They might need a pick-me-up too so pack an extra snack in.

✨ Inspo
If you have a Pinterest board or reference photos, feel free to send them through on WhatsApp before the session.
It helps me get a feel for what you have in mind.

✨ The Session
I keep things relaxed and natural.
If the kids aren’t into it, that’s okay. Let them take a break and we’ll try again later.
There’s no pressure and nothing is forced.

Be prepared to get wet! Bring towels, and if you’d like, props like sand buckets or balls.
Many families enjoy hanging out on the beach afterwards, so consider making a day of it.

✨ Editing
I’m a photographer, not a magician. 🫠
I won’t be changing body shapes, swapping skies, changing sea colours, adding 30 filters to make you look young or forcing smiles that weren’t there.
I do light retouching like removing blemishes or distractions but that’s it.
You are uniquely you. Let’s embrace it.

✨ Turnaround Time
I aim to deliver your full gallery within 2–3 weeks after your session. I take time to select the best photos and edit them.
I’ll send you a few sneak peeks within a few days of your session.

There are extras available to make the session extra special like flowers, champagne and personalised champagne glasses at an additional fee.
